Change Communications Training for Managers

This practical training equips middle managers with the communications skills and change behavioral insights they need to lead successful, sustainable transitions in their organization — either process, technology or culturally related. The program adapts PROSCI®’s change framework and the ADKAR® model, focusing on translating strategy into clear messages, managing resistance, and enabling employees to adopt new ways of working.

Participants leave this training ready to lead communications that accelerate adoption: they’ll be able to diagnose adoption gaps, create messages that move people through ADKAR®, handle resistance confidently, and sustain change through repeatable reinforcement tactics.

Workshops can be tailored by change type (technology, AI, process, culture, Op model) and industry context. Scalable modules available for longer programs or cascading training for team leads.
